The female didn’t even work even after her boss showed up. Now they want to charge us for an additional hour. We hired a different company to unload us and they completed the job in a hour and half. While I was impressed that they called to confirm my appointment at the time of scheduling and the day before the move, they did not show up on the day of the move until 3 hours after their scheduled arrival. First, Matt called around 15 minutes after the one hour window where they were supposed to be there to say they were overbooked and running late, but then I received a text saying they wouldn't make it until the next day. This was an issue, as my POD was scheduled to be picked up early the next morning. I tried calling and texting Matt, but received no response until they showed up 3 hours later. They did bring an extra person to help move things along more quickly, which I appreciated, however they were in a rush and did not handle my furniture or my home's walls with care.
